Appearance is straw gold in colour. Aroma is rich and complex with hints of stone fruit, spice, caramel, and poached pear. On the palate, this dry Riesling is nicely balanced with vibrant acidity and just a hint of residual sugar. Perfect to enjoy on its own or even better with soft cheeses, whitefish, roast turkey, sushi, and tofu dishes. Enjoy now or hold for further development.
